We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return
Simply reach out to us at support@itzoop.com with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your product back.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, notify us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care & hygiene items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and final-sale/discounted items

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must still be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@itzoop.com
